解决错误的步骤:

  1. 如果您想将商品转换为采用亚马逊物流网络,请从卖家平台账户导航至“目录” > “补全您的草稿” > 选择“有问题的已发布商品信息”筛选条件。现在,搜索您的 SKU 并选择“转换为亚马逊物流”。您可能需要提供某些文件并满足其他要求才能获得批准。提供所需信息后,选择“发布为亚马逊物流商品”。商品发布为亚马逊物流商品后,在亚马逊运营中心收到该商品的库存之前,该商品将处于非在售状态。

Error message:

Your seller account is not approved to offer seller-fulfilled products in this category at this time.

This error occurs when:

A seller is authorized to sell products only using the Amazon Fulfillment Network (AFN) due to policy violations, seasonal restrictions, or customer complaints. If you are trying to sell seller-fulfilled products through MFN, your offer will be un-buyable. If you have already chosen AFN as your fulfillment channel and your offer is live for sale, you can ignore this error. However, if you have confirmed that the SKU is listed as AFN and find that the offer is not live, contact Selling Partner Support.

Steps to resolve the error:

  1. If you want to convert your listing to AFN, from your Seller Central account, navigate to Catalog > Complete Your Drafts > Select the ‘Completed with Issues’ filter. Now, search for your SKU and choose 'Convert to FBA'. You may need to provide certain documents and meet additional requirements for the product to be approved. After providing the required information, select ‘List as FBA’. Once the product is listed as FBA, the offer will be inactive until we receive inventory for the product at the Amazon fulfillment center.

  2. If you would like to list seller-fulfilled products through MFN, verify the following:

    • If a policy notification was issued for your ASIN under Performance Notifications. To check this, navigate to Seller Central > Performance > Account Health to see listings that were removed due to policy violations and contact Selling Partner Support with the relevant information.

    • Under Account Health, if you see 'Your seller-fulfilled offers have been deactivated', then click Reactivate and submit a plan of action or appeal the decision to restore seller-fulfilled privileges.
